Big Smoke Chipotle: 

Chipotles and a small army of other fresh peppers bring 'big smoke' and its bold taste to life. Usable on anything that needs a kick of smoke, try it with pork, brisket, burritos, pizza or as a dip mixed with mayonnaise. It will also bring a plain pasta sauce to life with as little as a teaspoon. Medium/hot – 7/10 on the heat meter.

 

Garlic Jalapeno: 

This blend of oven roasted garlic and fresh jalapeno peppers is Dawson's mildest recipe. Natural spice from the garlic leads the taste in this sauce, with a light kick in the middle from the jalapeno peppers. Try on chicken, fish, pastas, burgers or mix with any of your favorite sauces or soups for a boost in flavor. Mild – 4/10 on the heat meter.

 

Original Hot Sauce: 

Fresh red habanero peppers are the lead flavor in Dawson’s original hot. This sauce is spicy and rich with sweet tones and a smooth texture that coats your taste buds for a lovely finish. Try original hot on sandwiches, pizza, pasta, wings and tacos. For those who cook at home, we suggest searing meats, mixing small amounts into salad dressings, marinades and even of some homemade popcorn. Hot – 8/10 on the heat meter.

 

Sweet Pear Chili: 

With a delightful blend of bosc pear and ripe fiery hot vietnamese chili peppers, Dawson's 'sweet pear chili' is a unique, naturally sweet tasting hot sauce for all to enjoy. Try it on sandwiches, pizza, fish or mixing with sauces for a sweet kick. Medium/hot – 6.5/10 on the heat meter.
