Claire's advice for your first use: "I say the first tablet is for trial & error! Play around to find the perfect spot to place the steamer for your shower. I personally love taking showers that are way too hot and way too long- so I put mine at the very back of the shower opposite the drain and kick splashes at it to extend the aromatherapy. My boyfriend, on the other hand, takes quick showers just to clean up after work. Preferring a shorter but more intense aromatherapy experience, he sets just behind his feet where the steamer will get more water. Therefore, it melts faster and the oils are all released at once!"
